TRENDING NEWS AND STORIES

BPNC is thrilled to announce that four of our staff members have been selected to serve on mayor-elect Johnson's transition subcommittees. We are proud to have Patrick Brosnan, our Executive Director, as a member of the education and youth subcommittee. Andrea Ortiz, our Director of Organizing, is serving as co-chair of the immigration subcommittee. Any Huamani, our TNT Organizer, has been selected as a member of the public safety subcommittee. Additionally, Dr. Arturo Carillo, our Deputy Director of Health and Violence Prevention, is a member of the health and human services subcommittee.

This is a great honor for BPNC and a testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff. We are excited to have a seat at the table and to work alongside other community leaders to ensure that the voices of Brighton Park are heard. As a community organization, BPNC is committed to advocating for the needs of our neighborhood and we are proud to have our staff members representing us on the mayor-elect's transition committee.

We will continue to keep our community informed about the work of the transition committees and look forward to sharing updates as they become available. Thank you for your continued support as we work to make Brighton Park a better place for all who call it home.
