Every year, high-performing nonprofit organizations demonstrating excellence and impact in the areas of community development, workforce development, and education are selected.  BPNC’s Executive Director, Patrick Brosnan, was recognized as a Neighborhood Builder, and Paulo Magdaleno, Development Manager, was awarded the Emerging Leadership award for BPNC’s collaboration and work implementing Community Schools in CPS (2014).

The United Way Metropolitan Chicago Partner of the Year for our development of the Brighton Park Neighborhood Network (2013).

The Community Schools Leadership Award, sponsored by the Illinois Federation for Community Schools, honored Patrick Brosnan, BPNC’s Executive Director, and Flor Esquivel-Benitez, Thomas Kelly High School’s Resource Coordinator (2013).
